Colin Dancel — PURVEYR T-Shirt [PRE-ORDER]

Prompted to express Filipino creativity through her creative practice, photographer Colin Dancel circles back to what has always rooted her work–introspection and its “relationship with everything else”. Her exclusive shirt design “Blue means Courage'” comes from photographs she created during the pandemic and expresses the presence of grit in Filipino work. Grit that she, as a creative, finds either freeing or boxing.

Colin Dancel’s “Blue means Courage” is a part of this year’s PURVEYR T-Shirt Project, our way of exploring storytelling and retail through a wearable medium. In this project, we gathered creatives from the fields of clothing, mural art,and photography who each translated their take on “Filipino creativity” in their own vision, language, and practice.
