Strength reveals itself in many forms; periodically, in the shape of radical softness. As it is unwise to keep the truth of our beings suppressed, tears must be released for our bodies to breathe. To forcefully hold back human emotion for the sake of identity control or public impression can ultimately lead to the cumbersome load of anxiety and depression. Unchaining the rain to flow releases the negative energies that suffocate our spirits; tears, which flood our slates clean with comfort and stillness, waters the soul to bloom and grow.
